Ticket Printing Information - How It Works

Planning an event? Need tickets?
Whether your event is at the Historic DeSoto or at another venue, RLT can print your tickets for you! Tickets are printed on perforated, two-stub card stock and reflect a professional image for your organization or event.

RLT's prices are competitive with all online ticket printing companies and your cost helps support live community theatre in the Rome area.

Q. Do I have to order a minimum quantity of tickets?
A. No, after paying the set up fee, you may order any number of tickets.

Q. Do you offer numbered tickets?
A. Yes. We can print any series of unique ticket numbers on the front of the tickets.

Q. Are tickets shipped? Do I pick them up?
A. Yes, RLT offers UPS three-day ground and FEDEX next-day shipping; all shipping costs are calculated by weight and billed to you prior to completing the order. Alternatively, you may pick up your tickets at the RLT Box Office by appointment.

Q. May I have information printed on the back of the tickets?
A. Yes. Anything you like may be printed on either side.

Q. Can I print a logo/graphic on the front/back of the ticket?
A. Yes.

You do not need to submit your seating chart or ticket number ranges at this time. Once you approve your ticket proof, we will contact you to discuss seating and ticket numbering.

Upon submission of your ticket order, you will receive, via e-mail, a proof copy of your ticket (front and back) for your review. You may make additional changes (once) to your tickets before receiving a final proof. After receiving and approving your final proof, your payment (including applicable shipping) will be processed and your order will be shipped or made available at the Rome Little Theatre Box Office for you to pick-up. Rome Little Theatre will keep your ticket design on file for future events. If you need reprints or tickets for events in the future, Rome Little Theatre will waive the set-up fee for all orders for the same auditorium (seat-number range).
