Does RLT rent its facilities to organizations and individuals?

Yes. RLT has served as the venue for a variety of events including musical theatre productions, plays, concerts, meetings, and religious services.  Both the auditorium and the gallery are available to rent together or separately.

How far in advance can I check on availability?

RLT plans its schedule for the upcoming season in the fall of the previous year (Example: 2008-2009 Season is planned in fall of 2007).  Once the season is set, availability of the facilities may be discussed.

What is the seating capacity of the theatre?

The theatre auditorium seats 498 patrons. There is no elevator in the theatre, but wheel-chair accessibility is provided on the orchestra level.   The gallery of the theatre seats approximately 30 patrons.

How often is the theatre available for rental?

The theatre is available for rental when not in use for RLT rehearsals or performances. RLT normally produces six shows per year.
