Summary of your order:

Total Amount Due is your ticket total plus your contribution amount.

You must print the confirmation e-mail that you receive within twenty four hours of your ticket order and present to the Box Office when you visit the theatre. This confirmation e-mail is your ticket. If you are unable to print the e-mail, please contact the Theatre Box Office at 706.295.7171 so that a record of your order can be noted accordingly. A reminder to print will appear in the e-mail confirmation.

Refund Policy:

Transactions that have been processed: (picked up and/or paid in advance)

A check in the amount of purchase will be issued to the recipient. No refunds will be granted for any show unless a 48-hour notification of cancellation is given.

Transactions that have not been processed:

For credit card orders (Visa or MasterCard), the transaction may be cancelled at any time prior to processing (see above for "Transactions that have been processed").

Additional information:

A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks/charges.

Membership refunds:

Refunds are granted less the ticket cost(s) of closed shows--whether the patron attended those shows or not.
