Seating requests will be filled first-come, first served. While every effort will be made to reserve the section you request, specific seats can not be guaranteed unless you choose to order by phone. Refund Policy:

Transactions that have been processed: (picked up and/or paid in advance)

A check in the amount of purchase will be issued to the recipient. No refunds will be granted for any show unless a 48-hour notification of cancellation is given.

Transactions that have not been processed:

For credit card orders (Visa or MasterCard), the transaction may be cancelled at any time prior to processing (see above for "Transactions that have been processed").

Additional information:

A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks/charges.

Membership refunds:

Refunds are granted less the ticket cost(s) of closed shows--whether the patron attended those shows or not.
